Arctic Elevation didn't start as a business plan. It started as a list of the things that finally worked.
The founder

He tried the appointments, the referrals, the prescriptions, the shrug. What actually moved the needle was less dramatic than any of it: cold, heat, light, hydration, and doing them consistently.
So he built the room he couldn't find — one where those tools sit side by side, where somebody walks you through them, and where nobody makes you feel like a case file. Arctic Elevation has grown to nine studios since. Santa Monica is the newest.
What we believe
The science is real and we don't dress it down. But science is what happens inside the machine — comfort is what happens around it, and that part is just as deliberate.

Tea, blankets, low light, a private room for your things. Small things, on purpose.

One dramatic session is a nice story. A steady habit is what changes how you feel.
We're a wellness studio, not a medical clinic. Infusions and clinician-led programs are delivered by licensed staff after screening; everything else you can simply walk in and try.

Before work
Cold, then coffee down the block. You'll be at your desk sharper than the room around you.
Post-workout
Compression and red light for legs that just did fifteen miles on the bike path.

Sauna, plunge, an infusion, and absolutely nowhere to be until Monday.
